Kens List began in late 2018 as a leap of faith and a spreadsheet in the cloud.

Since then, Ken has purchased over 24 properties and developed a network of agents and investors who purchase whole sale assets from him. Ken, has been a licensed agent for over 27 years. Ken owns his brokerage, a title company, and property management firm.
