Kens List began in late 2018 as a leap of faith and a spreadsheet in the cloud.

Since then, Ken has purchased over 24 properties and developed a network of agents and investors who purchase whole sale assets from him. Ken, has been a licensed agent for over 27 years. Ken owns his brokerage, a title company, and property management firm. He is uniquely equipped to answer any and all questions regarding the purchase, rehab, and flipping of wholesale real estate assets. These assets can be flipped or kept as rental properties or primary residences Ken is looking to expand his network of investors and real estate agents.
